With DaySmart Payments, you can securely store your clients' card information, enabling quicker checkouts, simplified refunds, seamless deposit transactions, and more!

How To Save Card On File - Website

From Checkout

  1. From checkout, choose the option for Credit for Payment Method

  2. Enter card information manually through the Enter card information option, or through your terminal

  3. Check the box for Keep card on file

From Client Profile

  1. Edit the client from the Clients page

  2. Under Overview, scroll down to Cards on File

  3. Click + Add New Card

  4. Enter card information from the pop-up window and click Add

From Appointment Modal

  1. From a scheduled appointment, click on Appt Details to edit the ticket

  2. Click the Cards on File drop down

  3. Click + Add New Card

  4. Enter card information from the pop-up window and click Add

How To Save Card On File - Mobile

From Checkout

  1. From Checkout, tap Credit Card under Add Payment

  2. Slide toggle next to Save Card on File to the right

  3. Under Process Card With, proceed with checkout by selecting your preferred method: process with terminal, manual card entry, or tap to pay (Stripe)

  4. Once the transaction is complete, the credit card will be securely saved to the clients profile

From Client Profile

  1. Tap on Clients at the bottom of the app and search for the client whose card you want to save

  2. Tap the desired client and click Edit at the top right

  3. Scroll down to Cards On File

  4. Tap Add Card On File

  5. Enter card information from the pop-up window and click Save Card
