Selling and Redeeming Memberships from an iPad or Android Tablet

If you need to set up a membership, follow the link here to our Membership overview article, which includes instructions on how to create a new Membership to be sold to customers. *Memberships must be created from our website before they can be sold.*

​Selling a Membership

  1. From the appointment book, select the Cart icon at the top of the screen.

  2. Tap on Select Existing Client, or Add Client if they are new to the business. Select the client that the membership is to be sold.

  3. Once the client is selected, select Purchase Membership.

  4. Select the membership you wish to sell to the client.

  5. Verify the billing cycle, price, and start date for the membership. Select the customer's card that you wish to charge for the membership.

    • If there is not a card on file, select Add Card On File. Then fill in the card information and press Add Card.

    • With the card now added to the file, press Save in the bottom right.

  6. You will now be returned to the Check out screen.

  7. Accept payment for the initial billing of the membership like you would with any other ticket.

  8. Press Complete Transaction.

  9. You should now receive a pop-up message stating Membership Activated.

​Redeeming Services from a Membership

  1. From the appointment book, double tap on the date and time that you wish to schedule the service for.

  2. Select the client that you are scheduling the service for.

  3. Once the client has been selected, press Add a Service.

  4. Select the service that the customer is coming in for.

  5. You will then be prompted to select how many of these services you want to redeem. Enter the number of this specific service that is going to be redeemed for this visit. Press Redeem Services and Book Appointment.

  6. The service should now be added to the ticket for the customer.

  7. Tap the appointment from the appointment book and hit Checkout.

  8. Press OK to complete the transaction. You will now receive a message stating that the membership service has been redeemed.
