​Creating Packages

  1. Click on More at the bottom right-hand corner of the app and select Packages.

  2. Tap on the + sign at the upper right-hand corner.

  3. Start by giving the package a Name and the Category under which it falls (optional).

  4. Under Package Items, tap on Add a Service or Add a Product to add the items you wish to include in the package.

  5. If the package contains more than one of the same service or product, tap on the selected item, and enter the Quantity to Purchase. You can also enter the Default Quantity to Use if the client will redeem one of the services at time of purchase.

  6. Click on Update Item.

  7. Lastly, enter the Price of the package.

  8. Click Save when complete.

​Selling Packages

  1. Start by creating a ticket by either double-tapping on the appointment book or clicking the + icon.

  2. Select the client who will be purchasing the package.

  3. Under Service and Products, tap on Show More and select Add Package.

  4. Click on the package that the client is purchasing.

  5. Click Book Appointment.

    • Note- if the client is NOT redeeming a service at the time of purchase, you will sell the package through the checkout page (a shopping cart icon) at the upper right-hand corner of the appointment book.

  6. Continue to checkout as you normally would.

  7. You will then receive a notification stating that a pre-paid service has been added.

​Redeeming Packages

  1. Start by creating a ticket by either double-tapping on the appointment book or clicking on the + icon.

  2. Select the client.

  3. Under Service and Products, tap on Add Services to add the item from the package.

  4. When the service is selected, enter the quantity or pre-paid services the client is redeeming.

  5. Click Redeem Services.

  6. Click Book Appointment to schedule the service.

  7. Continue to check out as you normally would. You will notice that the price of the client's service is priced at $0. This is because the client has already paid for the service in advance when they purchased the package.

​View Client's Prepaid Services

  1. Go to Clients.

  2. Search for the client.

  3. Click on View All Prepaid Services.
