If a client responds to an e-mail, the response does not come directly to your software. There are settings you can configure to decide how you receive those responses.
From the cloud software website, click the More button at the top of the screen and select Settings.
Select E-Mail & Texting.
Choose Company Contact Information.
Click Edit Info at the top right.
Enter the email address you would like client responses sent to under Business E-mail.
Click Save Company Info to finalize the change.
