Messages will not send until your messaging account registration has been verified by Twilio. Please call our support team at 1 (800) 604-2040 if you have any questions.

Every message type has a default template that we've created for you to start sending messages, but you can easily modify these to match your preferences and style.

  1. Begin by clicking on More > Settings from the top of the software website

  2. On the left hand side, click on E-mail & Texting > Reminders And Notifications

On this screen, you can change which notifications your employees and clients receive and how they receive them by clicking into the tab for each notification type.

Modifying Templates

Each message type has a template for e-mail and a template for text message in the Message Templates section.
Simply use the

icon to edit and make changes to your templates. The editing options are similar to those in word processing software such as Microsoft Word for e-mail templates. You can change the font size and color, text justification, and add images to your e-mail templates with the

icon. Note that the Subject line for e-mail templates is the e-mail subject that will appear in your clients' e-mail inboxes.

You can also insert custom placeholders from the drop-down. These pull information from your database and personalize each of your messages (ex. adding client's name, company phone number, etc.).

Checking Your Work
When you have finished editing your templates, it's a good idea to see a preview of the message. Click the

icon to see what your text message/e-mail body will look like. If you happen to notice that any of your <Insert> items pertaining to your business information are inaccurate or incorrect, you can make changes to these by

clicking on Company Contact Information on the left and making any needed changes using the Edit Info button in the upper right.
