This form is used to request temporary access to data on DaySmart's servers, or to request a temporary license to open your desktop software.
This form is to request one of the following
A one time export of cloud database data or
Temporary access to data that either remains on DaySmart Software Inc.'s servers
Temporary license to open your installed software on a canceled account.
Data hosted by DaySmart is deleted after a certain period of inactivity but all attempts to reactivate the account will be made, provided the data is still hosted on our systems. Please allow up to two business days for processing or contact our support team to request this form to be expedited. Once approved, you will be sent your export or your account will be active for 24 hours, depending on your request. If requesting temporary access to a canceled account, after 24 hours the account will be deactivated.
Please note: Daysmart provides this access as a one time courtesy. By submitting the form below, you agree that you will retrieve any/all necessary data from your system within the time frame provided. Processing of the form/reactivation will only be provided as a one time courtesy. Temporary reactivation of the software does not include active phone/email/chat support.
