In your DaySmart Software, we have built in reports that will make compiling data much easier.

Accessing Reports

  1. Login to your DaySmart software

  2. Search the Icon Tray at the top of your screen to see if Reports is listed, if not, select More and Reports.


On the reports screen you will see the Report Categories to the left of the screen. Here you can select reports related to the category: (When running any date range reports, you can customize what date ranges you wish to search by selecting the Calendar Icon after clicking on the report. This will be in the Range of Dates Section. All dates Selected will be the default.)

Favorites- This category has default reports added due to their popularity but you can also click the star to the right of any report and it will be added to the Favorites list.

Clients- This category houses information regarding clients. Here you can find reports to see client spending, clients with balances, non-returning clients, etc.

Sales- This category contains information related to all sales. Example reports being, Sales by Month, Sales by Week, Sales by ZIP and Demographic, All Open Tickets, etc.

Employees- In the employees category you can run reports based on employees performance/bookings. Popular reports include, Employees Clients, Hours Work Based on Time Clock Entries, Percentage Booked, Tips Claimed by Employee.

Accounting- This category has one report that can be ran, this report is called Expense Details by Category report.

Gift Cards- Gift card reports will be able to show you how many gift cards were sold, how many were redeemed, and any unused balances still pending. Popular reports being: Gift Card Sales, Gift Card Sales by Month.

Online Booking- This category only contains information from our Online Booking feature. Here you can run reports such as, Income From Tickets Booked Online, Services Booked Online by Employee, and Top Online Booking Clients.

Products- The products category will give you a breakdown of stock count as well as products sold during a certain time frame or products sold by category. Products Sales Statistics, Product Shelf Total by Supplies, and Products Sold Grouped by Category are the reports offered.

Services- The services category will contain information related to the sales of services. The reports include: Services Sales Statistics and Services Sold Grouped by Category.
