Dashboard Overview
In your DaySmart Software, you have the ability to see a snapshot of your overall business done in a day(or date range). This is known as the Dashboard.

​Accessing The Dashboard

  1. Login to your DaySmart Software

  2. Once you are logged in look for the first icon on the icon tray named Dashboard

  3. Select the Dashboard icon.


Once the Dashboard loads, you will see a lot of information broken down into categories.

  • You can see the Business Productivity, this will track the total tickets and clients you have worked with on a given day.

  • You will also see the Sales Overview, this will show all of your sales on a day broken down into service, retail, and total sales.

  • Appointment Referral Values, is another section on this screen and this will show appointments based on referral types.

  • Sales Benchmark will allow you to see how close you are to reaching the benchmarks set for a single day.

  • The middle section shows appointments, clients added, and online request, this will keep a live count of these three categories as the day continues.

  • Leaderboard is the next section listed. This will show the employees name who is doing the most in each category listed.

  • The last section is Client Retention. In this section you can see how many new clients or existing clients visited on a day represented by a percent.

Managing Goals

For each section listed above there is a benchmark or a goal to hit each day. You can adjust these goals to fit the expectations you have.

  1. Once you are logged in look for the first icon on the icon tray named Dashboard.

  2. Select the Dashboard icon.

  3. In the top right hand corner of the Dashboard screen, select Manage Goals.

  4. Here you can change the goals of each section listed to fit your expectations.

  5. After making the appropriate changes, select Save.
