View and Track Device Orders with CardConnect

Recently order a new device and eager to start processing? See below to view and track your device orders through CardPointe!

How to view device order(s):

  • Log into your CardPointe account

  • Go to My Account

  • Go to Orders

  • You can sort your equipment list by location if you have multiple MIDs, or by status.

  • From this sub tab you can

    • View your account's equipment order history

    • Track the shipping status of the order

To track your order(s):

  • Select the drop down arrow next to the order you wish to track

  • Click on the FedEx tracking number to launch the FedEx tracking website.

Shipping Information

All orders have a processing time of 1-3 days before the device is shipped.

  • Standard - once the order is processed, the device will be sent in 3-5 business days

  • Expedited ($20) - once the order is processed, the device will be sent overnight (business days only)
