Changing the Length of an Appointment

These instructions will help you modify the length of an appointment by changing service duration times on open tickets. Once you’ve added a service to a ticket, you can easily change the details of that service.

  1. Click on an existing open ticket.

  2. Select Appt Details.

  3. Click in the Duration field and update the time in minutes.

  4. Select Save in the top right.
