This article will walk you through the process of turning on and setting up the feature to allow the purchase of gift cards online.
*This feature does require the use of our Online Booking system and Card Connect.

​How to enable selling gift cards online
1. From your software click on Online Services.
2. Click Online Booking.
3. Click Edit Website Appearance.
4. This will take you to your website options and it may have you login.
5. Once logged in, click Online Gift Cards.
6. Clicking on No next to Sell Online Gift Cards will enable this feature.

​Setting up the gift card options
1. Choose your theme color that your buttons will appear in on the gift card screen.
2. Select a header logo and/or text to appear on your site. Click Browse to select a logo from your computer
3. The Preview Link is the link to your gift card screen and you can send this to your customers if you would like.

4. Under Gift Card Amounts, you can select your suggested amounts by typing in those fields.
5. There is an option to allow clients to enter a custom amount by checking that box under Custom Amount.

6. Choose whether or not you want to assign an expiration date to a gift card when it is sold and if so, set the number of days below.

7. Under Gift Card Designs, select which of the predesigned gift card templates you want visible and which ones you want featured (only 5 templates can be featured).
8. Click the Preview button to see a preview of what the gift card design looks like.
9. Click Add New Design to upload your own gift card designs.

10. Under Gift Card Policy type in your policy that you would like to appear at the bottom of the order form and in the email your client will receive.

11. Click Save Changes in the bottom right of your screen.

You have now enabled the feature to sell gift cards online!
