I’m seeing an Access Denied error message. What does this mean?

The Tele-Consultations service requires that you have a webcam and microphone connected and that the page has been given access to these devices. If the page does not have access, an error message will appear. Unfortunately, if your computer does not have a webcam, you will not be able to use this feature.
You can alternatively use the site on a laptop with a built-in webcam, or an iPad or Android tablet with a built-in camera.

When loading the page you should see a prompt from your browser to grant the page access to your webcam and microphone:

Make sure you click the Allow button to grant access. If you are not seeing this prompt, make sure that your webcam in connected and enabled. Some laptops may require you to turn on the webcam by pressing the function key (Fn) and the one of the F keys at the top of your keyboard. If the webcam is connected and enabled, the page may already be blocked (this can happen if you don’t respond to the prompt above or click block). Please refer to the guide below for your specific browser for allowing your browser access to your camera and microphone manually.
