Loyalty Points Overview

Setting up your Loyalty Points program has never been easier! You can reward customers with purchase points for products, services, or both. Setup tiered reward programs for escalating point values. Rewards can be small tokens, deep discounts, or free services or products. Build what works for you! Here's how:

โ€‹Enabling Loyalty Points Rewards from the Cloud Website

  1. Select More and then Settings.

  2. Choose Management on the left-hand side, followed by Loyalty Points.

  3. Click the checkbox next to the points for both Services and Products, or whichever you want your customers to earn points on.

  4. Select a point value per dollar spent (the easiest is usually 1 Point per Dollar Spent).

  5. After enabling the points setup, you can then set up the Rewards.

    • Dollar Discount allows you to set a Dollar amount reward such as earning 50 points earns you $5 to use in-store.

    • Free Services allows you to set one or more services as rewards and choose what points they must accumulate before redeeming it for the service.

    • Free Products allows you to set one or more products as rewards and choose what points they must accumulate before redeeming it for the service.

  6. Once you click Save at the bottom right, your clients will begin to accumulate points when you check their appointments out.

Checking Client Loyalty Points from the Cloud Website

  1. You can check your client's Loyalty Points by clicking on Clients at the top of the screen.

  2. Search for the client that you wish to see the points for and click on their name.

  3. Click on Points & Balance at the top right of their client account.

  4. You will be able to see their total point balance, the history of their points, as well as manually adjust them if needed.

Redeeming Loyalty Points Rewards on the Cloud Website

  1. Loyalty Points can be easily redeemed from both the Appointment Book and Checkout screen.

  2. You can do this by clicking on or creating an appointment and clicking Appointment Details.

  3. From the Appointment Screen, you will see Redeem Loyalty Reward.

  4. As long as the client has enough points to redeem, you will see the available rewards.

    1. The only way to redeem a Dollar Discount is during Step 3 on the Checkout screen.

  1. Select More and then Settings.

  2. Select Loyalty Points Setup.

  3. Click the checkbox next to the points for both Services and Products, or whichever you want your customers to earn points on.

  4. Select a point value per dollar spent.

  5. After enabling the points setup, you can then set up the Rewards

Checking Client Loyalty Points from the App

  1. You can check your client's Loyalty Points by clicking on Clients at the bottom.

  2. Search for the client that you would like to check.

  3. After clicking on the client, scroll down to Other and you will see the balance of the client's Loyalty Points.

    • You can not manually modify the client's Loyalty Point balance from the App.

Redeeming Loyalty Points Rewards on the App

  1. Loyalty Points can be easily redeemed from the client's Appointment.

  2. Click on the client's appointment and then select the Pencil icon at the top.

  3. Under Step 2, click on Show More.

  4. You can then click Redeem Loyalty Points and you will see the Client's balance as well as the available rewards they can redeem.

  • When you are creating an appointment, you will receive a popup message showing you how many points they have and if you would like to redeem them.
